When acquisition, conversion or repeatability is not yet working the way the growth model needs

When the venture needs a clearer growth story, commercial model or funding pathway
When expansion, partnerships, acquisition pathways or strategic pivots need sharper judgment
Engenesis is guided by a 500-year vision to help elevate the practice of entrepreneurship globally. Our work spans venture building, books, leadership and effectiveness education, university relationships, investor ecosystems and founder programs across 45+ countries. Across that work, we have seen that a company's growth is often inseparable from the founder's growth.
VGI exists because growth often bottlenecks around the founder, the team or the operating model. The wrong growth focus can waste months of energy, capital and founder attention; the right diagnosis can help a founder lead the next stage with more clarity, responsibility and conviction.
You have activity, but not yet a repeatable acquisition engine.
Users, buyers or partners are not converting in the way the model requires.
The venture is moving, but the team, model or commercial foundations may not yet support the next stage.
You need a clearer way to decide which path deserves focus now.
VGI is a live, interactive online session, not a webinar. In a practical 90-minute diagnostic, you join with your camera and mic on to apply Engenesis' venture strategy lens to your own startup, pressure-test current assumptions and identify the decisions that matter for the next stage.
Identify what is affecting customer growth, product traction, scalability or the next stage of venture growth.
Identify where your offer, acquisition strategy or customer growth engine may need sharper focus.
Review whether your product, business model, team and growth channels can support repeatable traction and sustainable scale.
These examples come from a range of Engenesis founder and venture programs, including longer engagements than VGI. They show the kinds of growth questions, strategic decisions and commercial shifts founders have worked through with Engenesis.
"We almost made the $100k revenue we had previously in just one month of the program."Emmanuel Jacobs, Engenesis founder program
"We have been able to acquire more than 250 users in the last 30 days."Ayodeji Ilesanmi, Engenesis founder program
"We were able to revisit and rework our roadmap and customer personas with much-needed clarity."Chukwuka Ezeoke, Engenesis founder program
"It was great to see strategy, financials, product and psychological themes presented in a cohesive framework."Luca Sorgiacomo, Engenesis founder program

Who Should Apply
What We Look For
The review looks for a real venture question, enough context to work with and a willingness to examine the business seriously. Polished pitch language is less important than useful context.
Tell us where the venture is now, including traction, revenue, users, partners or market validation if relevant.
Share what feels blocked, uncertain or strategically important in the next stage.
Show that you are ready to examine the business clearly and engage with practical feedback.
Who Will Be Leading
Ariya has spent his career working directly with founders, and through Engenesis has been involved with over 800 companies and the study of more than 3,200 ventures across 45+ countries.
His focus is helping founding teams find the specific constraints holding back growth, then build the systems, traction and commercial foundations to scale with focus. He is also an author and speaker on entrepreneurship and long-term value creation, and works from the belief that a company's growth and a founder's growth move together.
It is important that we only permit dedicated founders who are committed to their growth journey. With this in mind, we have designed a straightforward yet thorough application process to ensure alignment with our values and goals:
Complete the application process and submit your program payment.
We carefully evaluate your application to ensure alignment with our criteria.
You will be notified if your application is approved. If it is not, your payment will be fully refunded.

Yes. VGI is designed as a practical venture diagnostic where selected founders examine their own startup, pressure-test current assumptions and clarify what deserves attention next.
Approved applicants complete a short questionnaire so the session can be grounded in their venture stage and current growth questions.
Selected examples and recurring patterns may be reviewed during the workshop. The aim is to help founders apply the same thinking to their own venture.
You should leave with sharper clarity around current growth constraints, higher-leverage opportunities and practical priorities to take back into the business.
No. Places are selective so the session is focused on founders and ventures that are aligned with the workshop format.
